Here’s a few things you need to know before ordering!
👇🏼 •PICKUP: Carlsbad, NM! 💗 You’ll have 1 week to pick up your orders (after 1 week your order will go back into inventory with NO REFUND!)
Pick ups will be from 10am - 8pm Monday - Friday ONLY. Unless I state other times/days.
•SHIPPING: Flat Rate of $5.00, over $100.00 is FREE!
•RETURNS: You must contact me within 1 week of your order being filled to correct the order.
•REFUNDS: Store credit only!
•NOTIFICATIONS: Turn these on in the group so you NEVER miss any of the deals and new boutique drops! 💗
•TAT: Please make sure you’re paying attention to the turnaround times. I order from multiple wholesale vendors, each of them are different and I always have the time frame in my posts/links. TAT is when the vendor will ship to me. Then it’ll be packed once I receive. I usually am really good about updating if something is running behind.
•COMMUNICATION: Monday - Friday (9:00am-4:00pm)! If you have a problem with an order or have any questions at all, please MESSAGE ME PERSONALLY. I will always do anything to help if you give me the chance. PLEASE ALLOW 24 hours for a response! Especially during summer time, usually I’m a lot quicker to respond though. I’m still a wife & mama first, and am not at my phone all the time.
